This 27431 sqft. residence is zoned at the highest point of the site overlooking all the ameni- tites provided below which includes, a guest house, SPA, Ladies bath and a pool. A combina- tion of classic colonial and traditonal Kerala style is used for the design of this project. The site topography hides the amenities as one approaches the main residential quarters from the main gate. The entire living and social quarters is zoned around a central courtyard with the formal living and dining at opposite ends with bedrooms on either side.
