The residence is designed such that the two exisiting trees in the site cre- ates a linear courtyard that connects the open kitchen and the dining space. A linear passage running along the lenght of the residence seperates the living and dining as well as the two bedrooms from the open kitchen at the farthest end of the building. The first floor consists of an upper living along with two bedrooms and a utility terrace.
